Thot Of This is very simple to use. Register at our website. When you come across and Interesting URL, go to either the
browser toolbar or the online application and capture your commentary and save to your personal collection or share with someone else who
might find the URL and your thoughts interesting as well. For more detailed usage information go to our QuickStart Guide online.

Yes Thot Of This can be used without the toolbar. Go to the
online form to add commentary and save or share Thots.

The toolbar does review URL traffic only for the purpose of serving up Thots saved on URLs of Interest.
If the service finds a match, the Thot is served up after the URL of interest page is available. However, Thot Of This does not save any
of this information; it is reviewed in a transient state and then released if a match is not found. None of the data/information from
the page is scraped or stored in any way either.

Currently, the page is not scraped or archived bringing the data from the page onto Thot Of This servers. However, Thot Of This
is working to offer an archive service that will protect our community from expired or dead URLs. This will be done with the appropriate
legal structure in place.

Thot Of This offers up your content with the URL of interest...a visual pairing makes the content much easier
to consume. Centrally located sites provide a rather disjoint experience that we believe doesn't serve our user community well.

True, Thot Of This stores URLs of Interest for our users but it also visually pairs your comments and
thoughts and allows to share both of those with your network. With the online service, these are available from any computer any time any place. Browser bookmarks only store the URLs and are only available locally to the laptop.

Not all are. Thots that you explicitly mark Open are available & visible to the Open Thot Community. They can, for example, appear on
the Thot Of This (www.thotofthis.com) home page, the Thot Of This Open Thots page, the Thot Of This twitter page, etc. Thots that are not marked Open are not visible to anyone except you or those you
choose to share with.

After an Open Thot has been created it can be hidden from view. However, remember that Open Thots are shared with social networking
sites, have been on the home page and we cannot completely hide the Open Thot from the internet. It may be on a Twitter page or in a cached google
search desipte Thot Of This having hidden it from view.

Any thots that are part of your personal collection or specifically shared with part of your network are protected from
public consumption. However, as stated in another question, when you mark a thot Open, it becomes publicly visible and shared with our social networking
feeder. Any thots that are sensitive or you wish to keep private should not be marked Open.

Thot Of This is constantly working towards ensuring your Thots are sent to your email client Inbox; however, there may be times when it is sent to your Junk Mail or Spam folders. Please check those folders and add any email senders who ended up there to safe sender's list according to your email client's instructions.

Thot Of This URLs are not forward-able. If your friend shares something with you, you cannot simply resend the same link. Instead, click on the "Click Here for Original Post" available on comment panel and then share the original with your friend.
